Glorysun has strict Quality Control procedure to ensure products quality and maximize the protection of the interests of the vast number of customers, every process, we have QC worker to check and control the quality
Five steps testing.
1. Raw-Material checking: Quality control on materials, to sort out the qualified and rejected materials before production.
2. Production checking: check all the production process.
3. Photometric and Safety testing: ensure all the data meet the clients' special needs and safety standards.
4. Aging Test: at least 24 hours aging test before packing and shipping, will check the defect model before delivery.
5.packing & container loading process: use strong master carton and good quality tape, ensure to pack carefully without rough handling,100% ensure full parts are packed well, no any single part missing. Loading container with care.
